This was the second Shake Shack to open in Hong Kong at Pacific Place shopping mall in Admiralty. Now we have six branches around the city. At first, I was reluctant to try as my first two Shake Shack meals at the original IFC branch in Central were bad. However, I recently stopped by this Shake Shack and was happy with my meal here. The long queues are gone now, only 3 others in queue near 12 noon when I arrived. Ordering system is the same as with all Shake Shacks. Place your order, take a pager and your receipt, wait of your number to be called, take your tray of food and drinks to an open table and enjoy. During my recent lunch, I had the single SmokeShack burger that was pretty good. A bit of sogginess to the bottom bun but nothing awful. Beef patty tasted right, the bacon was good and the chopped cherry peppers gave the burger a really nice flavour. Fries and Root Beer ordered with my meal both tasted fine. I like that they keep the Shake Shack clean and tidy. They also have hand gel and hand washing machine as well so you can clean your hands before eating. That is a nice touch. Open tables are spaced fairly and they have wall lined booth seating. Overall, was rather happy with my burger lunch at the Shake Shack in Pacific Place. Had no problem with my meal at Shake Shack and would be fine to eat here again.

Shake Shack at Pacific Place delivers a delightful dining experience with a menu that stands out, especially for fans of vegetarian options. The highlight for me was the Shroom Burger—a crispy, fried portobello mushroom filled with gooey, melted cheese that oozes out with every bite. It’s a fantastic choice even for non-vegetarians, as the flavors and textures are incredibly satisfying. A unique offering on the menu is the Hong Kong-exclusive Mango Bubble Shake. While it’s fun and refreshing, blending the tropical flavor of mango with the chewy texture of tapioca pearls, I found it a touch too sweet for my taste. However, if you have a sweet tooth, you might really enjoy it! The ambiance at this Shake Shack location is also worth mentioning. The interior is modern, stylish, and has an energetic vibe that feels both trendy and welcoming. It’s a perfect spot for casual hangouts or a quick bite while shopping in Pacific Place. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that it’s not cheap. The quality and flavors are great, but expect to pay a bit more than you might at a typical fast-food spot.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Shake Shack (Pacific Place) and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a modern and inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the service is prompt. The food was delicious. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, with a perfect balance of meat and toppings. The fries were crispy and golden brown, and the shakes were thick and creamy. The portions were also generous, so I left feeling satisfied but not stuffed. The prices are on the higher side for fast food, but I believe the quality of the food justifies the cost. Overall, I had a great experience at Shake Shack (Pacific Place) and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying burger.

The burgers are the weakest part of the menu, the buns are too light and go really soggy really fast making it quite unpleasant to eat, especially with any of the beef burgers. My son absolutely adores burgers and barely finished half of a shack burger. I'd choose 5 guys for burgers any day over this. Its better with the chicken burger, any complaints I have end there. Service is great, fries are delicious, nuggets are amazing and the kids love them, drinks are nice and interesting, I love fifty fifty, lemonade and the milk tea milkshake. The frozen concrete deserts are also great. 2 craft beers on tap and red and white wine. Environment is nice and clean with a very advanced hand washing station and service is friendly and efficient.

Thank God that more and better burger places are opening up in Hong Kong. This place is great. The location is plush in Pacific Place, and it is nearly comfortable to sit there and eat. The burgers are great - and not too big so you're not bloated after eating. They have a decent selection including chicken burgers. The fries are good as well and of course everything is made fresh to order. Prices are higher than McDonald's but that is to be expected. The condiments offered are decent although not as vast as Carl's Junior. Also the drinks are not ”free refills” and they do add a LOT of ice, which is a pity. Staff is really friendly and speaks good English (another bugbear at McDonald's...). Overall really great job.
