I am writing to complaint your flower quality.

On 11-Feb-2022, a brunch of flowers was purchased online for valentine’s day which costs $1430, Order number H688183.

Nevertheless, unfortunately, please refer to the attached photos, more than half of the flowers were burnt and semi-dried. It is shame to hand it out to my love.

I am so disappointed to have such bad experience in an important moment for a reputation shop like you which is point 4.8 in Google. I trust this is not the way Give.Gifts.Boutique wishes to conduct business with valued customers. Please provide resolution with immediately attention.

I received a three hydrangeas bouquet from my husband today . But as the photos below showed , the flowers are already rotting by the end of the day without being exposed to sunlight . The quality of the hydrangea is obviously bad , and somehow the stems are not removed from the water vial and the entire unit were stuck in the floral sponge . I am somewhat a florist myself and find this whole arrangement unacceptable .

This is supposed to by my birthday bouquet but now my birthday is kinda ruined by these suboptimal presentation of a gift . Will definitely not recommend...

Purchased a traditional gift basket with fruit with the value of $1270. The fruits were rotten and took photos to make a complaint. Respond With am email to insist they are selling best quality, freshest fruit. Please refer to the attached photos.
