Staff is unprofessional and very inattentive. They sometimes lie and are a little bipolar with the customer service.
Occasionally you cannot enter or leave because the front door is controlled by a staff remote control and they don’t always respond when you ring the bell.
Bring your own toilet paper also because there is rarely any in the dormitories. They don’t stock hand towels, so you dry your them on your clothes. And no toilet seat.
Private rooms are much more comfortable although you will pay the same price you can get a whole apartment for on AirBnb.
Kitchen and common areas are very nice and comfortable with plenty of natural light and plants. Area is close to many restaurants and cafes.
All in all, it’s overpriced and the owners need to train their staff much better. Would probably not stay...

Room was clean enough but had to ask for hand towels and soap in the bathroom. Our room next to the courtyard was pretty noisy in the evening, and from 7am onwards each day.
