Viaggio Teleport City Suites — Hotel in Bogota, Capital District

we stayed for 10 nights in a suite on the 4th floor..It was a real spacious room with living area and bedroom with 2 extra double size beds and on top of it: a huge terras! very nice for a morning coffee with few of a very nice park (where we had a great time with all dogs playing there.)||In the living you also find the kitchen and you can ask for plates etc. The staff is so nice! Always smiling and hospitality is no 1..Breakfast is every morning from very early on till 11 am! and from Monday to Friday you can also have lunch and diner...||||The hotel is perfect for the area of Usuquen..just take the walking bridge or try to walk to the other side like lots of people do..||We were for medical reasons in Bogota and the Santa Fe hospital is on walking distance...as is a big supermarket with lots of healthy stuff.||We have had a great stay and compliments for...

The positive:||-The staff was excellent. I have never had such a good service.||-The room was big and comfortable||-The hotel is next to Usaquen and also a shopping mall.||-The morning breakfast was good. Fresh variety of fruits included. ||||The things to improve:||- My room was very noisy in the morning. I was in the ground floor and could hear literally everything outside. I highly recommend a room on the upper floor.||-There is no enough pressure in the shower, even though the shower is great.||-There is nothing really in the gym expect a bike and...

Les + : ||Propreté irréprochable.||Télé correcte : mais pas de chaînes étrangères : sur paiement.||Wifi correct : de 4 à 5 Mbps mais aléatoire.||Literie excellente.||Pression eau chaude correcte. ||Coffre fort dans chambre supérieure. ||Certaines chambres (pas les plus grandes) ont des terrasses (les fumeurs sont heureux…)||Accueil aux petits soins extrêmement dévoué.||||Les - : ||Porte palière très peu isolée (on entend tout dans le couloir : clients qui traînent leurs valises, balai du ménage).||Les chambres sur rue sont à proscrire totalement à cause du bruit ! (Périphérique local).||Tout comme celles du 4è, même sur cour, dont le couloir est ouvert sur la rue. Un enfer.||Quartier genre Défense… mais quartier Usaquen à 10mn sympa avec restos.||Périf à traverser à pied : attention ! ||Isolation extérieure moyenne. Bruits de soufflerie en journée sur cour. ||Mauvaise occultation des rideaux : il fait jour à 6H dans la chambre.||Pas de micro ondes avec la kitchenette (que des plaques chauffantes).||Frigo sans congélo (souci avec surgelés).||Très peu de prises de courant (sauf dans les chambres supérieures). ||Très peu de rangements, (sauf dans les chambres supérieures).||Au sol : linoléum façon faux bois. Très bruyant et acoustiquement dévaforable.||Pas de bain et douche fixe sans douchette.||Pas de véritable room service. ||Petit déjeuner genre Ibis inférieur.||Grand quartier d’affaires sinistre.||||Bref, pour les Français, on dira que c’est un peu mieux qu’un Ibis.||Mais l’isolation laisse...
