Overall this was a disappointing experience. It seems that boiling a fresh egg is beyond the capacity of the cooks here. An egg is one of the most simple things to cook and to cook well. What I received on my plate was an egg that was not only overcooked, but was also old. The yolk should never be completely dry and flaky like this and that nice green color on the yolk means it has sat in a cooked state for days or weeks.

This really sums up my entire experience with the restaurant. If you can't do the egg correctly, the rest of the food is done with the same poor quality. The restaurant was busy, perhaps people have low expectations here in Bogota for their food, or they excuse it because they feel this is a trendy...

Crepes & Waffles tiene la particularidad que al que usted vaya todos son iguales, pero esta sede se sale de esa política, ordene un crepes de palmitos y la mesera se equivoco y me trajo uno de camarones, los cuales devolví, y esta mintió en cocina diciendo que a mi no me había gustado los camarones, que por eso cambie de plato, que falta de seriedad, mentir esta empleada para justificar su error con su jefa del restaurante. Para colmo el crepes de palmitos que me sirvieron despues, estaban demasiado cocidos los palmitos, a tal punto de encontrarse desechos. Además muy demorado el servicio.
