Hotel Costa Bahía — Hotel in Cartagena

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. We asked to be moved to another room that matched better our preferences and they made it possible even though the hotel was almost full. The place was fairly clean and quite despite being in an animated area. Restaurant, pharmacy and supermaket 2 min walking distance. Beach very closeby too. Very basic accommodation. I wouldn't call it a hotel. It's a guest house. Water in the shower is cold. There's no warm water in the hotel. Bathroom is very very basic.
