Hotel Zi One Luxury Cartagena — Hotel in Cartagena

It seems very good on photos but very different when arrive. The first day I didn´t have cold water, the 3 other days, only cold water. On internet, they said I could park the motorcycle inside, but when arrived there wasn´t. I asked for transfer from the airport and they charged twice the avarage price on tourism agencies and cabs. There is only one elevator working on the hotel, and takes avarage of 10 min to use it. The first day I had to ask for towels, an on the third, they took and didn´t bring clean ones. The card to acess the room and elevator needs to be "recharged" everyday, because you get to your room and it doesn´t work (more 15 min in the only elevator). They are on construction in some floors, making a lot of noise and some builders walking arround the hotel and sharing elevator. The staff in reception are not friendly, and very desorganized. The hotel has structure, but you can´t count on any quality of service you expect by the avarage price, making you vacation ruined. It´s a shame I had all payed and couldn´t...

The Good - Check in was easy and fast.||||The Bad ||||* The safe did not work||* I kindly ask reception to make my toom as I had few meetings bear by...It took them more than three hours to make the room||They made the room and did not leave any towels - when I kindly asked the housekeeper the answer was take it from the pool because we do not have enough. (She came back 2 hours later with towels)||Not service at the pool - by the way extremely small with only two sunbeds||*Breakfast way below average, I had to wait 5 minutes for coffee cups moreover all the plates were chipped.||||IMPORTANT - They charged me COP 100,000 for laundry services due to an accident and the sheet got stained, so despite the lack of service they nickel and dime you for normal operation expenses. I asked to speak with the manager about it and she refused to do so.....||||I decided to stay in this hotel to help and support the local brands unfortunately it was a BIG mistake.
