The service at the hotel was great. The reception staff were very forthcoming and helpful in providing all the information I needed. The hotel is located right near Parque de los Novios, next to a convenience store, close-by to an ATM and drugstore, as well as about 15 minute walk from the Mercado Publico, making it a very well located accommodation choice. The room - while clean - was quite run-down. The towels could definitely be renewed, quite shabby. There is no safe to keep valuables in the room itself. The breakfast was good.
