Booked 2 nights here online. On arrival they said the hotel was full and gave us room 201 which is facing the street. The centre is noisy, but this was in front of a night club and around different bars and rooftops. The room was not insulated at all, so you had the noise from the loud music, peole yealling and traffic all night. Then during the day you had loud music from the tienda in front as well. So basically you can't sleep all day. We asked if we could change to a room at the back of the hotel, but they wanted us to check-out and wait for another room to to be prepared (about 8 hours and didn't confirm what time it would be ready for us to shower and rest), all knowing that we didn't sleep all night. In addition, the sink in the bathroom was leaking, so there was water on the ground. The tap came off and towel were quiet old. The staff clearly know is not possible to sleep there (the front desk lady said: "let me guess, you didn't sleep last night?"), and even though they offer room 201 to guests. So unless they confirm you won't get a room in front of the street, you better stay somewhere else. Save the hassle, if you want to sleep peacefully this is not the place. Ended up leaving in the morning and went to...
Read moreThe hotel's location is amazing, directly next to parque de los novios, super central. The staff were kind and allowed me to store my luggage for a week, which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately, that’s about all I liked. The room had no fridge, the shower and bathroom were in bad condition, and the entire hotel felt outdated and in need of renovation. It was also very loud, with staff and guests talking outside making it hard to relax, even though my room wasn’t facing the street. On top of this, they charged an extra 50K for adding a second person to the room, on top of the original 65K price. That’s a 77% increase—completely ridiculous. I understand charging a bit more, but this amount is unacceptable. To make matters even worse, it has to be paid in cash, and they didn’t accept cards for this fee, which felt suspicious. The roof pool didn’t look inviting, so I didn’t use it, and the breakfast room looked tired and unappealing. Honestly, this hotel feels like it relies entirely on its location while ignoring basic service or...
Read moreWe can recommend this hotel as a LAST RESORT. Everything was fully booked and we couldn't find any other place to stay. Therefor we accepted this hotel room.
The cons: The toilet seat was loose, the water that came out of the shower, tap and in the toilet was brown, the bed sheets were dirty (lots of hair and other stuff including brown stains) and the towels were bad (one white-one full of brown stains and the other left you full of blue hairs if you used it).
Next to that you can expect loud music next to your bedroom at night. This is what we had all night long.
The Pros: We asked them to change the bed sheets which they luckily did and this felt better already. We bought our own towels in a shop nearby which were better than what they offered in this hotel.
The location of the hotel is...
