I used to love this agency, two years ago me and my husband did a lot of activities with them and we had a great experience. It was easy to book, the communication via WhatsApp was great and they would respond fast.

However, I just left Santa Marta and I’m really dissatisfied with the experience. Booking activities via WhatsApp was really difficult, the staff took a really long time to answer questions and they will not provide all of the info required for us to book an experience.

It was also difficult to work with them because what they list on their website does not match what they tell you in person or via WhatsApp, this is in terms of pricing and what the activities include.

In the end we were only able to book the pirate ship experience and we were very dissatisfied. Me and my husband did this two years ago and it was really fun. They used to provide stuff for you to dress up as a pirate, there were actors on the ship and the captain and entire crew were really engaging. There was even some fireworks involved.

Because we loved it so much two years ago, we brought our entire family to have the same experience, but it turned out to be just a boat ride with a recording. Cory the operations manager, David and Anna were extremely helpful and so kind when we had booked a separate tour and the driver never showed. They managed to get us a refund by helping us translate with the other separate tour company and then also book a different (but very similar) tour through Visit Santa Marta immediately. We are so grateful for their help, how nice they were, and that they spoke english because we only know a little Spanish. Thank you Cory, Anna and David!!

Group of 12, different ages and they made a great recommendation for Sailboat tour to Tayrona. We had an amazing time, the sailboat is in great condition and the crew was very professional and courteous.The tour included welcome drinks, lunch and snacks.
