Hotel Zabamar — Hotel in Jacó

I had a local book is some rooms for a 22 person team.

If you are a local, it might be okay. But for an American it's a little better than a hostel. Manager is super nice. Cooks and restaurant owner is super! Now the rest of the story..... Beds have only sheets. And are super hard. Shower is a joke. Extra Hot and cold water fluctuates from one extreme to another. Some of the bathrooms have broken glass panes. We had to stuff dirty clothes in them to keep the mosquitoes from conning in. Only the main front building has hot water. Back rooms do not. The room a/c.. Some rooms work well and others don't.

Now the night life..... You don't have to go to the clubs to hear the music.. It bangs and booms till 1,2or3am You will need ear plugs to get any sleep.

The pool.. Not very large or deep. But I would not have my family swim in it. It looked dirty a the beginning like the filter was not working. Then by the third day it was dark green. Now on the fifth day it's no color but the water is no clear like filter is not working.... A strong smell of chlorine. Now, the sex traffic in the area. After dark, They start renting the back rooms out to the Ladies and guys needing a room.

5-5:30am the trash truck comes in..

tiene lo basico... la seguridad es deficiente al llegar nos dieron una habitación y la persona que anteriormente estaba ahi aun tenia una llave.. de casualidad llegamos al mismo tiempo, esta persona estaba tomada y creo q drogada... y lo estaban esperando para quitarle la llave... pero si llegaba y no lo hubieran visto? si no hubiéramos estado de casualidad? nuestras cosas podrían haber sido ultrajadas o haber sucedido algo peor... creo que falta seriedad y...
