Royale Café N Bar — Restaurant in Jacó

If you are in Jaco Beach definitely check it out. Being from Jersey & visiting this place I was not expecting this. Well let me start by saying the customer service here is excellent. I have been in the service industry for 25 years & my standards are high. The group of employees here definitely are attentive, very accommodating, & made adjustments on the fly to accommodateour needs. The drinks were very good & the food was excellent. You can order food from a menu from the below restaurant, if you don't want anything from their menu. You don't have to leave your booth area they bring you menus & the food when it's ready. The presentation of food & drinks was excellent. The hookah Flavors are excellent I recommend, blue mint. The cost is $45 US for the hookah & the coal refills are free. The hookah had to last close to an hour and a half which is excellent. I'm a hookah smoker & I definitely was impressed with the longevity of the hookah, the flavors, the food, the drinks, & the service. It's a very upscale looking establishment on the 2nd floor. The furniture & decor are pleasing on the eyes. The atmosphere & aura is excellent for groups that want to relax in peace or couples. The have music & can accommodate request for the type of music you like. I travel to many carribean countries & this spot by far is one of the best I have experienced. I highly recommend a visit to this establishment, you won't regret it. PS, during happy hour drinks are half price. The staff informed us of happy hour & we took advantage of it. My new favourite place!! The newly opened “Ohm Lounge” is tastefully designed, beautifully decorated and oh so comfortable. Their signature “Ohm Margarita” is delicious and hand crafted to the next level!! With mixologist (Fadry) in house, you can’t go wrong. Will is a perfect host and welcomes everyone with his charm and makes cocktail suggestions based on your personal taste. We had the falafel, hummus and jalapeño dishes which were a perfect accompaniment to their OMG special cocktails. The high quality Hooka experience and flavour choices surpasses expectations. I felt we over overcharged for low quality hookah. They have the most basic flavors which is Al Fakher. They pack very minimal flavours and only included 2 coals and they charge you 50 USD. I understand things are expensive in Costa Rica however the price is extremely expensive and the hookah was not the greatest in terms of the experience.
