While a few small issues kept it from being a full 5-star experience, the overall stay was fantastic. The location is ideal, with key landmarks like Ban Jelačić Square, Zagreb Cathedral, Upper Town (Gornji Grad), and Dolac Market all within walking distance.

The hotel’s design is sleek and modern, from the stylish lobby to the inviting courtyard. The rooftop restaurant, clad in marble, adds a refined touch and offers stunning views of the city. The rooms are equally impressive, with luxurious, spa-inspired bathrooms and high-tech features like motorized curtains and lighting scenes that made the stay feel even more sophisticated.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the included breakfast was excellent, featuring a variety of fresh à la carte options. However, there were a few minor issues—the Nespresso machine and side table lamp were broken, and the room lacked an iron and ironing board.
