As a loyal Douglas customer and a member of their loyalty program,I have to tell about my experience at this store: Before week ago, I asked an employee where to find a product, and instead of offering a response, she simply give me direction with her hand and not saying a single word” The lack of communication made me feel unwelcome, but I continued shopping and purchased the product.
Most recently today, another employee did not greet me upon entering the store. When I inquired about available discounts, her responses were short, impatient, and dismissive. She made me feel unwelcome just by trying to shop there, and she didn’t acknowledge me when I left the store.

Read moreDanas pri mom ulasku u trgovinu je zazvonio elektronički sustav protiv krađe. Odmah sam zastao na ulazu čisto da radnice vide da zvoni pri mom ulasku. Jedna radnica mi je neljubaznim tonom odmah viknula da skinem torbicu, inace mala torbica u koju stane mobilni uredjaj (iako nije ni bitno jer zvoni na samom ulasku u trgovinu). Skinem torbicu bez apsolutno ikakvih komentara, ostavim ju na kasu i krenem u trgovinu no opet ista radnica zaurla da je problem u jakni. Okrenem se kazem jel trebam skinuti jaknu a radnica tako neljubaznim tonom, krajnje na granici s histerijom povice citiram ,, jel vi ne vidite problem sto vama zvoni pri ulasku? Jel vama to sasvim ok da zvonite na ulazu, nije mi jasno kako vam je to ok,,. Ostanem u cudu i kazem ali zvoni pri ulazu, pretresite me sto se mene tice od glave do pete po izlasku. Gospodje okolo su ostale u cudu i same su komentirale ali gospodin je pri ulazu zazvonio naravno da nema problema sto vam je. Uzmem torbicu i krenem van bez ikakvih komentara samo vidno iznerviran kad ono uredjaj se ponovo oglasi. Opet zastanem okrenem se i kazem hocete me sada mozda pretresti jer opet zvoni a ta gospodja odgovori jos gorim tonom da da hocemo hocemo. Pogledam i napustim trgovinu. Ne bi bio problem da se sve dogodilo na izlasku pa da ima neki opravdan razlog za ,,pretres,, ali opet takva doza neljubaznosti, takva doza nekulture je zaista nedopustiva. Radnici se tako s musterijama na ulasku ne mogu ophoditi. Prije toga sam bio u obe poslovnice u tom krugu i niti u jednoj nije zvonilo kao ni u optikama u Ilici. Ovo ophodjenje i ponasanje doticne zaista nije opravdano. Gospodjino ime ne znam, znam samo da je starija i da nije imala jedan od prednjih zuba. There are multiple shop assistants but no one was willing to help, they are just looking at customers and laughing judgementally if they think that you don't look like you can afford their products. When I said what i want to buy, they even critically asked if I am sure or do I want to change the production company, implying that I do not have money for my choice.
