Nije Preša Apartments — Hotel in Dubrovnik

Right in the city centre. Arrived half an hour early before check in time and there was someone there. Had good communication about how to get to the apartment and how to get there from the old port. On arrival the cleaning lady showed us the apartment and also showed how to use the appliances. There was coffee, juices and teas available. We had a map and instructions about the house. The TV channels didn't work v we used smart TV options. The apartment was spacious and well decorated. It was great size for two people. Location was amazing. We were 2 mins from all the different sights and so close to restaurants and cafes plus bakeries and also supermarkets. The bonus was there were no stairs to get to the apartment and then inside we were on the first floor. Perfect quick getaway place to see Dubrovnik. Fantastic stay at Nije Presa Apartments! Perfect location in the Old Town, only a 2 min walk to Pile Gate and just a couple flights of stairs to climb once in the building. The apartment itself was very thoughtfully designed and well equipped with everything you might need, including a washing machine. Very clean, comfortable bed, and awesome rainfall shower. Ines was incredibly helpful before our stay with communicating and even was updating us on when the Dubrovnik airport was allowing planes to land, since we were delayed getting there from Bari due to high winds. Beautiful, high quality finished apartment in the middle of the old town. We stayed whilst getting married in Dubrovnik (apartment is only 1 minute walk to St. Blaise Church). We met Ines on our arrival who showed us to our lovely room and explained the history of this amazing building. The apartment was recently renovated to a very high standard with parts of the original building very cleverly incorporated into the new. The apartment was very quiet.
