Palmotta Palace — Hotel in Dubrovnik

Stayed for 3 nights over Easter weekend. Check-in was friendly, quick and efficient.

Our apartment was perfectly located just off the main street from Pile Gate (main entrance to the walled city) and the Cathedral without having to climb stairs outside (there were some stairs inside to our apartment number 2 though.) The location meant that it was a short walk to many attractions, restaurants and bars.

Our apartment was clean, spacious and had amazing high-ceilings (much bigger than a normal hotel room.)

It was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, crockery etc as restaurants in Dubrovnik were not cheap.

The apartment also included: Good wifi TV (wasn't working but we didn't need and they offered to get it fixed.) DVD player Air conditioning Good shower, although hot water lasted 20 minutes at a time due to the 80L immersion heater. Decent large bed Lots of fresh towels

Breakfast was included in a local restaurant around the corner which was decent (breakfast vouchers were given for each guest). This included fresh coffee (self-servce from a machine).

The “reception” wasn’t occupied, but the staff were contactable 24 x 7 via a mobile number.

Overall an excellent standard of accommodation perfectly located in the old town and would definitely...

This apartment is in the middle of Old Town and an easy walk to everything!

It is a very nice one bedroom with a living room/kitchen combo and very nice bathroom. The bed was firm but incredibly comfortable. It was hard to get out of it in the morning. Lol. There was plenty of room in the closet to put away everything while we were there. The living room has a sleep sofa so 4 could comfortably stay there. There is also tables and chair so can eat there instead of going out. The tap water is drinkable so don't have to buy bottles of water.

Note: There are 3 apartments in the building, one each per floor. The stairs are spiral but wide enough to be manageable. It's was on the 3rd floor which for Americans, we would call the 4th floor.

Andrea made the check in easy and personally took us up to see the apartment. Andrea was incredibly helpful even arranging a transfer to the airport for 415 AM.

Definitely need to stay at this...

Stayed 4 nights in this beautifully decorated accommodation. So clean and a well equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. They stock rituals toiletries which I love. Shower was lovely but we did need a lot of towels as it does flood the bathroom floor. Location was key… literally steps off Stradun with coffee shops on the doorstep with bars and restaurants a stone throw away. Was dubious about reviews saying it was noisey but it didn’t affect us at all as it’s expected for a central location and wasn’t bad at all when the windows were closed. Andrea was an absolute pleasure to deal with and full of helpful information. Great communication and nothing was a problem. Will definitely be staying here again and highly...
