MILIN DOM Premium Apartments — Hotel in Grad Split

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Milin Dom. I like to communicate in point form and I warn you, this a long review because I appreciate detailed information when I am researching:

Location o In center of Old Town. Everything (sea views, tourist attractions, restaurants, markets, services, stores) are within walking distance (minutes).

Apartment o Photos were accurate and everything was provided. I needed something that is not normal and Adi (host) made sure it was there when we arrived.

Host o Before and during our stay, they are very responsive and professional even though it is a small family owned business. o They arranged a transfer from the airport to near their office since we were coming after a very long international flight. o Adi met us at the transfer car when we arrived (cars cannot go into the Old Town) and helped us with our luggage to the apartment which was only minutes away. o Adi recommended restaurants for dinner. We tried 3 during our stay and they were all excellent. o We were going from Croatia to Montenegro and back. I was communicating with a transfer company but the communication was not reliable. I had contacted several other companies but they didn’t do transfers between these 2 countries. I was worried because we had a hard stop on our return to catch our return flight. Adi knew about my issues regarding the transfers. Without me asking, he contacted several transfer companies to see if they could do it. He told me the issue is that there isn’t an easy transfer agreement between Croatia and Montenegro which is why it is difficult for the transfer companies. Adi was able to find us transfers to and from Montenegro. I am so thankful for this.

We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly as described. It was a beautifully newly renovated space that had all facilities necessary. As we were there for such a long stay, the laundry and cleaning facilities were beyond expectational. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. It was in an ideal spot for restaurants/services (pharmacy and grocery store), as well as easy access to the road for car access. Ksenia and Fedja were highly responsive and proactive in their communication and always made sure our time in Split was positive. We would highly recommend...

Sehr tolles Apartment mit erstklassiger Austattung wie Spülmaschine inkl. Tabs, Bier/Weinkühler, Kühlschrank inkl. 2 große Flaschen Wasser, bequemes Boxspring-Bett, grosser offener Kleiderschrank, kleiner Safe, Badezimmer mit WC, Waschbecken und bodentiefer Dusche, warmes Wasser immer verfügbar, Bügeleisen und -Brett. Bei Aufenthalt länger als 7 Tagen Renigungsservice, Wäschewechsel und wenn nötig 1 Ladung Wäsche kostenfrei gewaschen und getrocknet, extra Bügelservice kostenpflichtig. Rundherum lebhaft, kleine Supermärkte, Bars, viele Restaurants und wohl der beste Cevapi Imbiss von Spilt, Kantun Paulina. Unterhaltung ist ohne TV möglich, WiFi könnte was schneller sein. Kein Lift, da sehr gut und fachmännisch renovierter Altbau in einer Seitenstraße der Altstadt von Split. Service und Kommunikation mit Milin Dom erstklassig und prompt über WhatsApp in...
