Split Luxury Rooms — Hotel in Grad Split

If you’re visiting Split and want an amazing view, central location and friendly service, a spotlessly clean room then you’ve found it here. It’s located right by the promenade and old town palace area. Everything at your fingertips: shops, food, water etc.|Ask for room 3, it has a beautiful wrap around balcony that looks out onto the water. |A tip that you should email the place before showing up (24 hours before) so they know when you’re coming because it’s not a regular hotel with a front desk. The door looks like an apartment building without much sign out front so look for apartment buttons to press and it’ll say Split Luxury Rooms. The area is on the 1st floor and just buzz to get in.|The lady there was super friendly and sweet. There is a mini fridge and AC in the room. |There is no parking at the site. You would do street parking but have to pay each hour. Warning that there’s a parking garage a block or so away that we used (because we drove) and it nowhere says you have to pay cash only. Beware it does not take credit card CASH ONLY through the machine too. And you must choose 3 day, 5 day or 1 week otherwise it’s something crazy expensive. It’s expensive regardless. give five stars; for the location and the person who took the promo photos. The room is cramped and has a glass door to the toilet. Make sure that you travel with someone you know really - I mean really - well :D There is no cleaning (during 7 day stay). Prepare to purchase toilet paper yourself. Shampoo and /or shower gel were also empty. Netflix doesn´t work unlike advertised, minor detail though. Luckily, we didn´t spend much time the hotel room. The bedside lamp was burned out and there is no absolutely soundproofing, so the neighbours´ taste of music becomes familiar. All you could see from the window was a messy backyard. When booking, I ticked the box "breakfast". After politely asking about it, the owner replied " do you expect to get it for this price?." (That was the only answer. Stayed for 4 nights with my grandson, the location of the rooms are fantastic had room 2 with a great view of the square and harbour, although when l return l will book room 3 as it has a belcony. When entering the building it is a bit dark and dingy but once upstairs it was bright and welcoming. I imagine all the accommodation in split is similar. Rooms are small with fridge ,kettle,hairdryer, the coffee machine and ice box are in the hallway. These rooms are in the best location you will not be disappointed, but do bring earplugs as you are in the heart of split. I will definitely stay here again ,room 3 is the best...
