Guest house Lenny rooms, Zadar — Hotel in Grad Zadar

There are 3 rooms within a larger apartment building that are for rent and then the host lives in another one of the rooms.

Room was ok, bathroom was nice. Host was quite friendly, location was great only a 5 minute walk to the old town and right next to the ferry line.

Room and hallway smells of cigarettes very badly. The building also looks really sketchy from the outside. Parking in street only can be really challenging, would avoid if you have your own car. The host told us we could park in front of the building free of charge, but this was not the case. Would recommend finding street parking on one of the side streets and paying...

Normal room, relatively well furnished, nice small bathroom. It's a flat at 1st floor of an old block of flats building, next to the sea although it has NO seaview. We paid for such and it resulted to be false. Room has TV, A/C, very small mini-bar, clean room, nice hosts. May result difficult finding free parking in the area. Well situated - you may walk to major attractions and tourist area. I would say not bad to stay overnight, although I consider it overpriced for what it is (also comparing to other places I have stayed at and being written an opinion about). "back to the socialism" Doch der erste Eindruck täuscht! Freundlich winken unsere Gastgeber vom Balkon unseres Zimmers, besorgen uns einen Parkplatz und helfen beim Gepäck. Die Wohnung besteht aus drei einzeln vermieteten Zimmern, die geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet sind. Wir bekommen das einzige Zimmer mit Balkon, seitl. Meerblick inklusive. Die Gastgeber sind unaufdringlich freundlich und erklären uns alles Wissenswerte in und um Zadar und geben Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Ausstattung: Zimmer, etwas klein aber für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend. Alles ist frisch renoviert, modern und geschmackvoll. Doppelbett mit durchgehender Matratze, 1 x gemeinsame Zufecke, kleiner Schreibtisch ein Stuhl, kleiner Schrank. Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Tee Klimaanlage Kleiner Kühlschrank Flat Tv Bad: neu und modern gestaltet Wellness Dusche, WC, Waschbecken, Fön Kleiner Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen Lage: Am Ende der Altstadt und des Stadthafens gelegen. Seitlicher Meerblick. Ca. 5 Minuten zur Altstadtmitte Service/Personal: Privater Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Sauberkeit/ Housekeeping: Sehr sauber, kein täglicher Service und Wäschewechsel Parken: schwierig, da öffentliche Parkplätze, stark frequentiert. Die Vermieter helfen bei der Suche.
