Rooms Tisa Old Town, Zadar — Hotel in Grad Zadar

Stairs to the second floor are a bit daunting with such high ceilings, but don't let that put you off this delightful place. We were met by a lovely lady (didn't catch the name - sorry!) who talked us around the room and explained the local area and top attractions, ensuring we would not get caught out with a parking fine and marking the map as she spoke. Always proved really nice and very helpful. The room was very pleasant. Well-decorated with a good bathroom and comfy bed. The little balcony overlooks a small park and church and is a great spot for sitting with a Kindle when needing a little break. A number of top restaurants are a short stagger away with plenty more just a little walk. You are ideally positioned for exploring the old town, just out from the noise but a few minutes from the centre.||||Parking can be a bit of a pain. We had a particular problem as the great online payment app (definitely worth downloading) only accepted our foreign credit cards a couple of times before stopping working. This meant feeding meters with coins which are surprisingly difficult to get hold of. The parking spots directly outside are served by a meter that takes credit cards so just be careful where you park! Stairs can be daunting with a lot of luggage but we've had worse and this is more a reflection on my fitness levels, I reckon.||||Overall, a great find in a great location for exploring this...

I cannot recommend this property high enough, we had a fabulous stay at rooms Tisa. Our lovely host Marija was so warm and welcoming, I emailed her to say our transport had been delayed and she immediately emailed back saying it was no problem. When we arrived she showed us points of interest on a map to visit and gave us restaurant recommendations which we appreciated.||Rooms Tisa is spotlessly clean, decorated with care, consideration and very modern as you would decorate your own home. I need to mention the good quality sheets, top sheets and pillows which were very comfortable, also the quality shower gel and shampoo provided with free welcoming water in the fridge.||Location is fabulous, 2 minutes from Sea Organ also main old town Street and less than 5 minutes to bus stop serving the airport.||Communication from my initial booking until we arrived was excellent, and once again thank you to our lovely host Marija who even left us a gift on leaving early this morning. ||Do not hesitate to stay in this wonderful apartment if staying in Zador,...

Great room on the second floor of the building. My flight was delayed and I arrived late in the evening. Marija was still there to welcome me with a smile and show me to my room. She also gave me a map and suggested some sites I might want to visit. The room itself was very clean and had everything I needed. There was tea, coffee and a bottle of water in the fridge. Aircon was also available and the shower was lovely!. Communication from Marija and Anita was quick and easy. They also arranged a taxi to meet me at the airport. The location of the rooms was quiet and so near everywhere. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby where you could get breakfast, lunch or dinner. Would definitely recommend...
