Tri Bunara — Restaurant in Grad Zadar

Me and my partner went to this restaurant as it had good reviews and my partner was craving for pizza. A male waitress attended us and he was really lovely, sat us down, but our order was taken by a female waitress. My partner got a pizza and a drink and I only went for Fanta as I was not hungry. All would be good, but she clearly expressed her dislike as she had a loud conversation with her colleagues in Croatian and mentioned Fanta 3 times. She brought a pizza and a plate for me, but was not nice about it. After we were done and ready to go, she was just looking at us scribbling at her papers and we had a male attendant come back to us who got our bills. Pizza was good, nothing to write home about, but still good, one waiter was nice, another one was not. Shame, everyone has bad days, but you should not take on people no matter what the order is. it is the center of the city, that's the only reason I give it 5 stars, if it was somewhere on the outskirts, it was 4. the good thing is the prices, they are not overpriced, for 15 euros you can find a pizza and some drink. But I didn't have enough spices, basil, oregano, etc. In my lasagna, I could feel the taste of ground meat without onions and spices separately from bechamel. apart from that, I didn't feel any herbs. and my girlfriend's pizza had a pinch of oregano, which did not emphasize the taste of the sardines, because there were not enough spices. therefore, it is a good restaurant, which lacks a little quality, for the unsurpassed. I am in Zadar for the first time and in 2024 I am very surprised by the price tags of 20-25 euros per dish, it is like Vienna or Munich. because a year ago in Rijeka for 60 kuna you could easily eat...

We were there on a Friday evening, we loved it! It is for sure the best pizza in Zadar!
