Jimmy's Suites is a brand new hotel right at the centre of all action!||||Location - 3 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, grocery store & bus stop! 5 minutes walk to the centre! You couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s absolutely fantastic!||||Arrival - The manager arrived to meet and greet me. He was very professional, friendly & gave instructions on the check-in process as I hadn’t read my emails & hé offered assistance whenever I needed it.||||Check in - It’s self check in which is great! No hustle with queuing & dealing with moody receptionists! Details are sent to your mail a few minutes before check in. My room was not ready yet but I was allowed to work on my laptop at the reception area which was perfect. Even after my room was ready I still sat for another 45 minutes working. That’s how comfortable I was!||||The room - spacious, immaculate, large balcony and pretty wall paper. From outside the hotel looks small but the inside is large. The house keepers Meet and Jenti did a fantastic job with daily housekeeping keeping the rooms spotless. A tip - Top floors in general are the best, you can actually reduce noise a/c noise through the remote control & they have smart TV which was fantastic.||||Meals - There was no meal plan. But then again, who wants to go to a hotel to be stuck at their restaurant when you can enjoy all delicacies right at the beach?||||Service - Exceptional. I needed a little help close to midnight and sent a WhatsApp and was surprised at how fast the operator acted! He/she assisted me with no complains at all.||||Check out - upon checking out I had a bunch of questions to ask about transportation to Pasphos & I wanted to extend my stay which wasn’t possible as the hotel was fully boooed and the WhatsApp customer care answered all my queries which I appreciated.||||Plot twist - It turns out that the Manager who was rhe receptionist, Well yeah that tall dark handsome manager is actually the hotel owner!||||For an owner to be that involve as the body and soul of the hotel shows his passion for hospitality. He has raised the hotel standards to greater levels as he sets the bar high for himself and others and I’m sure everyone who meets him will comprehend why and appreciate his efforts.||||THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for making my stay exceptional!||||I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, I have to express my great disappointment with this accommodation. At the time of my reservation (17.7.2025) a large-scale street reconstruction was taking place right in front of the building. The dusty surroundings were full of construction equipment - bulldozers, trucks and other noisy machines. The constant noise, dust and limited access to the entrance would significantly disrupted the comfort of the stay. It caused me breathing problems after less than an hour of negotiation, which still persist.

In addition to the reduced quality of the environment, there was also a real risk of injury - there was no clear marking of safe routes, movement between the construction machines was chaotic and unsuitable with bigger luggage. It is very unprofessional that the owner did not inform about this situation in advance. If I had known about the extent of the construction work, I would definitely have chosen another accommodation. The accommodation itself may be sufficient in other conditions, but the current circumstances make whole building unsuitable for a quiet or safe stay. Moreover, the manager via nice, but burnt out receptionist, refused to refund the money paid for 4 nights (257 euros), even though I immediately refused the accommodation and did not use the offered rooms at all. My stay was at Jimmy’s suit was from 21st September 2024 - 28th September 2024.

The hotel was located near all the local amenities and the beach is a short 5 minutes away. You are spoiled for choices with many food options which are open until the early hours in the morning so there is no worries if you are arriving late in the evening. The check in and out process was straightforward and instructions were clear.

The room also has some basic essentials such kettle, fridge, iron, key safe and a plate and a few cutlery. This wasn’t an issue as a solo traveller because I did not eat anything in the hotel which required cutlery. There is a coffee table and some seating on the balcony which was nice for some afternoon when I wanted to lounge in the sun. It would be even better if there were sun lounger instead of the chairs. I also thought it was nice touch that the hotel supplied you with bottled waters and coffee during housekeeping.

There is no receptionist at the front desk but help is available via WhatsApp message. I must mention at the time of my stay there was building work opposite the hotel which didn’t cause me any issue, but I understand this may be a problem for others.

If I must be picky, then I would have liked the hotel to offer some sort of laundrette service. I only had a short stay so this was not a major problem.
