We loved and hated this place First off the location was amazing And the pool was bigger and nicer than the pictures We only had one key and had to use the key for electricity (so it was hard to coordinate if we didn’t want to do the same thing) Also the house is on septic system ( no toilet paper in toilets). With kids and other reasons we would have picked another place. We made it work though. I feel we should have been told before we rented

The owners were nice and live across the street in another unit. So they checked in on us a couple times a week. Would have been nice to schedule housekeeping at the beginning instead of being told the day before. Although they didn’t care when we pushed back time for cleaning or just wanted towels changed

The bathrooms were tiny, the main bathroom pretty much useless. My kids didn’t even want to use it

The house had private off street parking

Also it was great location to have everything or anything delivered we used WOLT

We walked pretty much everywhere, kids scootered on the boardwalk daily

Fantastic villa, arrived late, Antonis had left food, drinks and all essentials to be sure we were able to get something to eat and drink. Villa is immaculate, fresh and modern, all home comforts included, right down to Portable blue tooth speaker. Villa cleaned twice per week pool cleaned daily. Quiet location, next to beach and 5 mins walk restaurants and bars, small beach bar 1 minute walk away that is linked to Paradise cove, bar man is great. Antonis and his team cant do enough for you, Antonis lives on the small complex, giving extra security, while area covered with CCTV and all villas with Alarms.
