Enjoy Downtown Boutique Apartments #13 by Goodnite cz — Hotel in okres Brno-město

Disastrous experience – definitely to be avoided. I had a reservation for two nights, and upon arrival, I discovered that the Wi-Fi was not working at all. On top of that, the apartment is located in an area with such poor coverage that I couldn’t even access mobile data. I needed to work that same evening and the following day, as this was a business trip—not a leisure one. (Even on a leisure trip, I would still need basic data access.)

I was able to speak with the receptionist easily, but was told that nothing could be done until the next day, and even then, there was no guarantee the issue would be resolved. I immediately canceled my reservation and left the apartment within 10 minutes of arrival.

I requested a refund straight away, as the rental conditions were clearly not met. However, it was extremely difficult to get any response from the property. I had to call and write multiple times over the course of ten days before they finally offered me a partial refund, arguing that the apartment was “ready and clean” for me.

It’s a beautiful flat, but if you run into any issues, you’re basically on your own.

This was a well laid out apartment/hotel. It is not man by anybody it is done by phone and or by filling out a form they sent you by email. This unit is super clean. Has all the amenities from fridge to stove to dishwasher has living room, quarters as well as a separate bedroom, very clean well-maintained. I would recommend staying here anytime be a short or long-term. My heart goes off to the owners of this building. also, very well located right downtown Berno in the old town Square lots of shops restaurants right there in the area...

The whole experience was absolutely brilliant. We were late looking for a last minute accomodation and the receptionist was very helpful over the phone and reassured us that arriving late was not a problem. On top of that we had 2 bicycles and although they had no garage they had given us an apartement where we could securely put the bikes inside. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
