Hotel Stadion — Hotel in okres Hradec Králové

Ourselves and two other groups bookings were unaccounted for despite being seen on their system. There was 1 double room available for three groups of people. We were not being listened to by staff trying to explain that we weren’t some massive group of 8 people but in fact 3 independent bookings and that these people were strangers to us. In the end we were offered an “unfinished room” which had: NO curtains UNCLEAN bedding and floors MOULDY water bottles and more disgusting things. When we decided to stay elsewhere the English speaking member of staffs tone changed to become extremely hostile. Cannot recommend this ANY less, avoid like the plague. Rezervovali jsme si pobyt ve 21:15 vecer. Druhy den jsme meli vyrazet. V 16:15 zmineneho druheho dne mi dorazil email, ze maji plno a rezervace se rusi. Kdybych si email neprecetl, nemel bych sanci se to dozvedet, a po prijeti na misto bychom byli bez ubytovani. Hotel se nenamahal zvednout telefon a zavolat.
