Disgusting service and poor hotel. Full of lads on stag dos. I’m not one to mind noise or people having a good time however this was on another level. Didn’t sleep at all our first night.. group of lads were stood in the corridor yelling. After listening to it for well over half an hour (which the reception would have heard as was at the top of the stairs and the reception was right at the bottom) I told the group to go to bed and slammed my door. I was then verbally abused and screamed at through the door with all sorts of name cnt being probably the nicest word. I spoke to the manager the next day who asked me if I’d gone down to reception to complain. I said no as I felt intimidated by the fact 7 grown men was outside my door.. I obviously didn’t want to walk past them.. she shrugged her shoulders and said well there’s nothing I can do you should expect it being in a city centre! I don’t actually expect to be called a English cnt or that I’m isis fcker or a fcking slapped in any hotel to which she said well they’ve left so. Would strongly recommend to never stay here. Not exactly clean. Plus no air conditioning just a fan in the room, we stayed in February whilst it was still cold and was extremely hot still so can’t imagine how uncomfortable a stay would be in...
Read moreFirst of all, the staff is super friendly and available. The receptionist helped us to build our itinerary in Prague, including all advice about restaurants, so it as very helpful. The staff was so kind to keep our luggage for a whole day in the reception, so it is very unusual for apartments, we never saw an apartment which would have agreed to keep the luggage! Very nice and kind of them. The LOCATION is a must. You are 5 minutes by foot from the heart of Prague, Wenceslas Square, 20 min by foot from the Charles Bridge and only 5 min by foot from the central Metro Station (Muzeum). We did not use our car in Prague, moving around only by foot and in Metro. There is also a famous Tram 22 which departs 5 min from the apartments and brings you right to the Prague Castle. It is even better than Metro, because from the Metro station you have to walk to the Castle 10 min more than from Tram stop. Many nice restaurants around the apartments, just to name few... For breakfast there is an amazing bakery Paul's 5 min walk from apartments where you can buy the fresh pastries and sandwiches. WI FI free and pretty stable. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, big fridge, kettle, ironing set, washing machine. HIGHLY...
Read moreThe location is so close to the city center. There is KFC nearby and the Indian food next door is very, very delicious. The price is quite cheap considering the location and the apartment is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, pans, kitchen knife, plates, glasses, spoons, forks, etc. The apartment is ok considering the price, it is clean, and they provide us with towels, but there is no room service so you won't get new towels. The funny thing is, there's a big poster on the wall near the receptionist that say whoever stays at the apartment will get a (10 or 5%) discount at the Indian restaurant next to the hotel. So we went there, but when we asked about the discount to the Indian restaurant's staff, the guy was angry at us for asking a discount and was complaining how hard it is to make a profit in...
