Freedom rooms & apartmens — Hotel in Prague

I have booked an apartment. I have paid in advance. I arrived there on time as agreed. I found a dirty building obviously in reconstruction with materials spread around. I opened my room and i found COMPLETELY DIRTY ROOM with a lot empty bottles in the room including "bloody" or who knows what on the sheets. Ofcourse there I didnt find noone to ask expect one cleaner in the hallway who told me to call the manager and ask for refund. I called on this number noone wasnt picking up the found after a few triesand no pick uo received sms that they wilk send the cleaner..... Ofc after this disgusting behaviour i dont want cleaner i just want my money back because nothing was as agreed.... But ofc they said not possiblebecause of privacy and policy and offer me just sale which i will not take... Waiting for resolution from booking. NEVER...

The flat is fine and the location is good. We have had problems with the info they provided us. We had to call them because the exit door code they gave us was wrong, and then we had to call again because the code for getting the key was also wrong... I have to say that they helped out quickly (in 20 minuted we got our problem solved). Then in the apartment the wifi password is not the one the paper says, but we are tired of calling for wrong information... Also, in the description we saw there were towels, but onle a little one for the bathroom is provided so we had to buy one (bring you towels just in case). This is a great spot in Prague. It's central to Wenceslas Square and Old Town, making it ideal for shopping and sight-seeing. There's a convenient market right across the street on Jecna, as well as a pharmacy downstairs, and a Costa Coffee on the corner of the fork. Price is excellent for the location and compared to hotels in the area.

Only downside is that the room capacities are exaggerated. We rented one of the larger rooms in the building which is supposed to sleep six, but I think it more comfortably sleeps three adults, one child, and one toddler.
