La Mouka wine bistro — Restaurant in Prague

I just got in Prague after a 6-hour train ride, super tired and looking for a nice place to have a quick dinner, I stumble upon La Mouka. As soon as you enter the bistro you are greeted by stunning interiors and warm smiles from the stuff. Everything is clean and tidy, the staff is super nice and friendly, the menú is vast and so full of tasty stuff that I had trouble choosing what to eat!

I got an avocado shrimp salad first but then, looking at the dessert display, my stomach was craving something sweet. I couldn’t pick one, everything looked incredible, so I decided to have 2 desserts and well…I definitely do not regret it! Seriously tho, amazing combination of flavors and consistencies, right portion size and stunning presentation!

This place looked already nice from the outside, but once I got in it got even better! I was too tired to try some wine but I’ve seen the selection and they had many fine wines of different kinds. La Mouka is an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the unique and creative interior—especially the ceiling design, which gives the whole place a playful, floating energy. It’s modern, cozy, and filled with natural light, making it perfect for a relaxed breakfast or brunch.

I tried the scrambled eggs with salmon, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I also ordered a porridge bowl topped with frozen raspberries and pecans, which was both hearty and refreshing—a lovely balance of textures and taste. Paired with a well-made coffee, it made for a truly satisfying start to the day.

What stood out just as much as the food was the service—attentive, warm, and genuinely kind. The staff made me feel welcome without being overbearing, and they responded quickly to every request with a smile.
