The food was great - truly the best Ukrainian food I've tried in Prague so far.

Personally, I am not a big fan of the self-service concept though. The prices are a bit higher than the competition and besides the soups, the portions are not big, so I'd have at least expected some basic service, but there essentially is none. You pay at the counter, go take a seat with a little remote-controlled buzzer that gets activated when your order is ready. Once it buzzes, you go pick up your food and that's the last you see or hear from the staff. If you want to order another drink or portion, you have to go back to the counter and leave your things unattended.

So - if you are coming for just great food, this is the place to be. If you are looking for the full restaurant experience including service, not so much.

We ordered the trio of dumplings (beef, pork, and lamb), the marbled beef dumplings, and a borsch. Everything was delicious and served hot—perfect for a cold day. It was great to see the dumplings being wrapped by hand right there in the store, and you can really taste the difference. Real handmade dumplings!

The staff were friendly, and service was quick and efficient. A small but thoughtful gesture stood out: the lady preparing the dishes noticed we were sharing the soup and, without us asking, brought an extra spoon. Such a nice touch!

It was a real gastronomic orgasm!!! My husband and I decided to order several different types of dumplings. We thought that at least something should be tasty. So, all the dishes here are so delicious that I cried from the overabundance of my feelings!!!! I felt like I was visiting my grandmother in Ukraine. It's incredibly beautiful and delicious!! My husband is English, he ate absolutely everything! You are the best dumpling restaurant in Europe! Thank you for the taste of childhood, I haven’t eaten so deliciously for a long time.
