Nobilis Residence Prague — Hotel in Prague

It is almost impossible to give anything under 5 stars. We had a fantastic experience staying here, and it was by far the best accommodation during our trip to Berlin, Prague, Vienna, and Bratislava.

Pros: The building, while old, has been fully renovated with engineering precision, and the high-quality materials used in the rooms and halls are truly noticeable. -The unit was super spacious, with an impressive 12-foot ceiling and excellent natural lighting coming through the large windows. -The room was equipped with all the amenities you could need: an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, utensils, welcome water and coffee, a desk, wardrobe, safe box, and even shampoo and lotions. -The reception staff were incredibly hospitable, offering helpful recommendations for exploring Prague and ensuring we felt welcomed. -The location was perfect—within walking distance of the main terminal and downtown. We barely spent anything on transportation because everything was so accessible. Smooth self-check-in and check-out added to the convenience of our stay.

Cons: -The bed was two single beds attached, which wasn’t ideal. A king or queen-sized bed would have been much more comfortable. -The reception is not available 24/7, as they close at 5 PM. We noticed an older couple arriving late and struggling with the online check-in process, which could be challenging for some. However, they were accessible via WhatsApp. The batteries didn't seem quite enough for colder Winter. I am not sure how cold it gets in Winter there, but they may enhance their heating system. The room didn't seem quite sound-proof. We could hear people talking in the hall.

Overall, this was a top-notch stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. The combination of spacious, well-designed rooms, excellent amenities, and a prime location made it a highlight of our trip. We plan to book it again for the next Xmas🎄 although Prague was...

Unser Aufenthalt im Nobilis Residence Prague war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Schon bei unserer Ankunft am 31.12. wurden wir äußerst herzlich empfangen, obwohl wir viel zu früh da waren. Die Dame an der Rezeption war unglaublich freundlich und versprach, alles in ihrer Macht Stehende zu tun, um uns so schnell wie möglich ein Zimmer bereitzustellen, obwohl der offizielle Check-in erst um 15:00 Uhr war. Sie schlug vor, dass wir in der Zwischenzeit frühstücken gehen und unser Auto in die reservierte Parkbucht fahren. Keine 30 Minuten später erhielten wir eine Nachricht, dass unser Zimmer bezugsfertig sei – das war um 10:30 Uhr Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, und die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, nur 10-15 Minuten vom Wenzelsplatz entfernt, was die Erkundung der Prager Innenstadt sehr bequem machte. Bei unserer Rückkehr ins Zimmer kurz vor 17:00 Uhr erwartete uns eine nette Überraschung: Eine Flasche Prosecco und ein Beutel Kekse – eine wirklich nette Geste Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass unser Wunsch nach zusätzlichem Tee am Abend nach Silvester nicht erfüllt wurde, obwohl ich noch einmal angerufen hatte. Aber das war kein großes Problem Ein Tipp für zukünftige Gäste: Der Fernseher ist zwar gut montiert, aber eine Wandhalterung mit Arm zum Neigen wäre ein tolles Upgrade. Das ist allerdings Meckern auf hohem Niveau, denn das Zimmer bietet alles, was man braucht und mehr Ein Hinweis: Die Rezeption ist nur von 8:00 bis 17:00 Uhr besetzt. Our stay at Nobilis Residence Prague was overall very pleasant. Upon our arrival on December 31st, we were warmly welcomed, even though we arrived much too early. The lady at the reception was incredibly friendly and promised to do everything in her power to get us a room as quickly as possible, even though the official check-in was at 3:00 PM. She suggested that we go for breakfast in the meantime and park our car in the reserved parking space. Less than 30 minutes later, we received a message that our room was ready – it was 10:30 AM The room was clean and well-equipped, and the hotel's location is excellent, only 10-15 minutes from Wenceslas Square, making it very convenient to explore downtown Prague. Upon our return to the room just before 5:00 PM, we found a nice surprise: a bottle of Prosecco and a bag of cookies – a really nice gesture A small downside was that our request for additional tea on the evening after New Year's Eve was not fulfilled, even though I had called again.
