Awful place! Stay away if you value your security. Really bad area, disrespectful employees, disgusting building... This is a five story building and no elevator. The location is super noisy and dangerous. I found them in Priceline and they are advertised as a 3 star hotel I don't know how is this possible, it's not even a half star hotel, I bought 5 nights trusting Priceline star rating and was a terrible mistake. After one night I wanted to leave for all the reasons above plus the fact that I have a bad knee and there is no elevator (also my room was the size of a closet without ac, just a fan) the front desk told me I could leave and I would have a refund for the remaining nights if I called Priceline, lies!!! I called Priceline for my refund and Priceline called the hotel so they authorize the refund but they denied it, I called the hotel and asked what happened then they said call Priceline ( again ) and we will authorize the refund, so I did and from Priceline they told me the hotel refused again! I called the hotel a third time and they said sorry we won't refund cause you should know the hotel didn't have elevator... They made me waste my time and money talking lies. Be aware this is a terrible, dangerous located place with 0...
Read moreThe place is good for 1 night if desperate. However, after making reservations for 3 rooms the day off we were given a hard time about the room availability. We were asked to pay the difference for bigger rooms because they did not have available what we requested. Eventually, they granted the other rooms without extra charge as it's not our fault they did not update their website.
The lighting in the rooms were terrible. Very dim. There was no remote control for the AC. There was no toilet paper in one room, no towels in another and third room smelled as if someone had just smoked in there. The rooms looked clean as far as we could see with the dim lighting, thought I did see a small roach pass by the headboard of the bed.
Also, the area seemed sketchy and made our group uneasy to linger outside longer than necessary at night. Location is nice during the day because its in the colonial area and theres lots of stores but the place just transforms into something else at night. This place does not have parking though it claims to do so. We were advised to park in front of the hotel for...
Read moreThey do not have an elevator, but they have more than 4 floors. Be aware that you would have to carry your luggage upstair and downstair (You will not make it unless you are a body builder, your luggage is light or if you dont take any rest) through stairs very narrow, poor illuminated, hot (No A/C) and uncomfortable with deformed rungs, so that you can trip easily and hurt yourself seriously. Be careful these stairs are like those you can find in a XVI century dungeon.||||2. People and cars in the surroundings will not allow to you to sleep at all. It is like to try to sleep while a Rock concert is taking place.||||3. The place is very hot, and some rooms do not have A/C, mine had one but the room was hot anyways.||||4. The room was dirty with old and broken furniture.||||5. The headshower did not work, the bathroom was tiny, unsafe and I did not have water for over 2 hours. Once I had water in the faucet the water was dirty for a couple of minutes.||||6. Room did not have any lamp or illumination but only in the bathroom and...
