BEWARE, DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!||- Concrete drilling contruction underway, CRAZY NOISY! Can't hear yourself think let alone anyone you're trying to speak to at reception. Scratch off 'relaxing' from your to-do list right away.||- No hot water! I was told to wait 20 mins for the hot water to start running. Did just that, no dice. Stay here if you love your cold showers.||- No refund policy. For the reasons above I will be transferring myself elsewhere, and these crooks will keep almost $200 of my money. ||- At most one staff member speaks any English and works at the restaurant next door, not the hotel, so she can't directly help you with your reservation or room etc. Consider yourself SOL if you have any issues and don't speak Spanish. Also their reception is open, what? 8am - 6pm and otherwise good luck finding someone who works here.||I get this isn't a posh 5-star hotel but for $75/night I expected much better. The bathroom doesn't even have any amenities like soap, shampoo or toothpaste, but I'll chalk that up to the islands'conservation efforts. They placed us on top of their coffee shop, but at night it turns into a pub with very loud music and people talking very loudly. Even in the morning I was awoken by the TV, it was right under the floor and could be heard perfectly. Is this truly a place for resting? It is a very nice hotel and from the pics and all looks great, but the actual experience left us with a ver bitter feeling. Also the breakfasts were so slow we arrived quite late to our early tours, they should consider this and arrange with their clients at what time they need to leave so they don't have to gulp an omelette and run to the tour... Also something should be done about the poor ventilation of the bathrooms. I don't recommend it if you are looking for a place to relax, maybe if you are with kids and elderly since the rooms are spacious and clean, but be careful where your room...

When we just arrived we saw they didn't give us towels and toilet paper, we asked for that and practically had to beg for the towels, then we wanted to sleep and the sheets were nasty, used by someone else, hair and with brown stains!!! How a hotel can do that and more during a pandemic!!! We quickly told them to change and asked again for the second time toilet paper, the food portions where so tiny that we had to find food somewhere else, and again had to ask toilet paper for the third time because they still didn't give, finally one day before we left the did it after my multiple complaints. I would never go back to that crapy place called "hotel" they didn't attended us well and they didn't ewnt to give us a refund for the bad service. Hope nobody falls...
