Me and my girlfriend have arrived after reading good reviews about the burgers. We both ordered the burgers. My girlfriend doesn’t eat mayonnaise nor mustard, so when we asked what’s in the bun we were told about the toppings and mustard (which is not written on the menu), so we asked for no mustard. The burgers arrived 20 minutes after the order, very very well done, almost burnt, and the patty even though it says 200 grams was tiny compared to the bun. The burgers came with all the toppings and with mayonnaise which was not mentioned. My girlfriend asked for a new burger without the mayo, and after a few minutes they returned the same burger with a new bun, with the same patty which was still full of mayonnaise. We asked for them to replace it and they took it wiped of the mayonnaise, put the very well done burger a little longer on the stove and burnt it even more than it was burnt. Ok, so food and drinks were good, but service was definitely bad and has A LOT to improve. My friend ordered a burger and they forgot to ask how he wanted it cooked so instead of coming out later on, they just assumed he wanted it medium. When my friend mentioned that to them after noticing this after the 1st bite, instead of getting a new burger ready, they just took the meat out of the burger to cook it for extra time. !!! Mind blowing. Also, I ordered a side of plantain chips, and even if the chef said they were fresh, they definitely were not. So, I would give them a chance again if I knew they are correcting those things. Nobody approached us during our dinner to ask if everything was ok or not. So, yeah. A lot to improve...

The drinks are good, and during happy hour only 5 Dollars (not all drinks included). However, the service was not that good, they looked annoyed. They also told us that 2 for 1 means one should take the same drink twice, which doesn't make sense and i have never heard of from a happy hour. They then still accepted to bring two different drinks after asking a colleague but both walked away annoyed. We were there 3 days ago, where somone different served us, and it was no problem at all to take 2 different drinks during happy hour. They should make clear what they sell...
