Top Notch quality & service. I was visiting the islands last February, and found this great store on main avenue in Puerto Ayora. Two floors, all type of products, and not your usual design. We bought some shirts, and tshirts. We were not sure about the rash guards until we were back home. I ordered them on ine and of course wrong size. I reached out the store, Nora took care of me, constant communication, pictures, etc. until I found right sizes. Unfirtunately, the ones we saw at the store were not available any longer, so I advse you to grab them and try them at the store, otherwise you might need to settle for alternatives, which are also great. Hands down one of the top retail experiences on the island! The work they do goes partly towards conservation efforts. As you walk in you are greeted by beautifully scented air and soft music. It is extremely welcoming! Prices are a bit high for the island, but the quality backs up the pricing 100%. Only downside was the most amazing board shorts they were out of my size, but that is life. Really nice shop, but if they only have for the nice clothes size‘s on stock which no one needs than it’s more frustrating than everything else. I really liked one shirt and it was sold out. Extra for this I visited again 2 weeks later and it’s still not on stock. They only had small or extra small.
