I booked the most premium package this restaurant offers, expecting a high-end dining experience — but honestly, it was a major letdown from start to finish. I can confidently say this was some of the worst food I’ve ever been served.
From the moment we sat down, the experience felt off. We weren’t even given a menu — instead, the staff just verbally listed two options for each course (starter, main, and dessert), which felt incredibly unprofessional and left us with no clear idea of what to expect.
The food itself was dreadful. The creamy mushroom soup was the best part of the meal — and even that was just average. It’s hard to mess up something so basic. Everything else — the salad, mains, and dessert — all had the same strange, unpleasant taste, almost like freezer burn. It was genuinely hard to tell the dishes apart.
The dessert was especially bad. The cakes were dry and stale, and the ice cream served with them tasted like plain ice — no flavour, no creaminess, just a gritty, icy texture that felt like eating snow.
I honestly don’t understand how this place has multiple locations in the city or how it’s managed to earn 4.6-star reviews. The only enjoyable part of the evening was the live violin and saxophone music, which was lovely — but that had nothing to do with the restaurant or the food.
The experience was so bad that we didn’t even finish our meals — we had one bite of everything and left the rest. For the remainder of our trip, I stuck to fast food like McDonald’s out of fear of getting food...
Read moreDo not be fooled by the spam reviews, this is a closet in the top of the tower with one waiter who also makes the food in a broom closet with a microwave. We saw the great reviews and called ahead to check about availability which we were told would not be a problem. We entered the tower through the separate entrance and should have turned away when the elevator safety phone was broken off the wall. After getting ushered up through two separate elevators, we had to take 3 flights of tight stairs to reach a dark stairwell with a greasy curtain and the bouncer who also turned out to be the only waiter. We were the only two customers in the “restaurant” when we visited. We were ushered into a dark attic where a table with dirty plates was cleared without being cleaned in any way. It went more downhill from there. The menu was on the waiter’s phone with 3 options and no alcohol. After ordering we waited for over 30 minutes for the canned sodas to come out and then 20 more minutes in the abandoned attic with greasy windows before we faked being sick and dashed after leaving cash on the table for the “drinks”. We were stopped 2 times on the short way back to the elevator and questioned before being allowed to access the elevator and be...
