Veny Spa — Local services in Giza

I want to share my experience with Veny Spa, and how much they cared about me and provided the best service. I booked a bridal package that included a full body massage and i enjoyed the whole package until i met the massage girl. She was a bit harsh and it wasn’t a pleasant experience for me. After the wedding i called the spa to share this feedback and after “Shrouk” had listened patiently to the whole story she kept apologizing a-lot (she didn’t even defend once or tried to put a blame on me) she immediately sent me a voucher to a free full body massage as a compensation while i was on the call with her. I thanked her however i didn’t have the time to go and after a month i was nearby so i thought i could go and get my free session but I wasn’t sure I’m gonna be able to. Then, again i met shrouk, she welcomed me in a very friendly manner and told me just give me a minute and i will prepare everything for you.. and it was the best massage I’ve ever had.

This is an appreciation message for the proper customer handling and for all the effort this place has put in choosing the right people to serve and keep it’s clients 👏🏻 I definitely recommend you to all...

If i could give 0 stars i would but this option is unfortunately not available! Soooooo unprofessional!! I called to take an appointment, they told me to whatsapp the same no. I called for appointment - fine so i did. They asked when do you want i said the date and time i want. Their response was “what if its not available? Is there another time?” I asked well is it available or not? They said will get back to you. Then they never did. When i called they dont pick up then when they finally did on the actual day of the requested appointment, they said no appointment available at that time. So why didn’t you respond and say that? Oh because there are alot of requests so we take them in order 🙄 and u called one day before the appointment. So if i call one day before does that mean i get no response? They can easily respond and say sorry we are fully booked then we can arrange another day - simple! When told that they are unprofessional they kept defending and not admitting that their approach was unprofessional. Never going again and told my friends not...

Face cleansing was a total waste of money. No removal for any white heads or pimples. She just cleaned my face , then tried to pop some pimples with her hands (which she couldnt and made them worse) no exfoliation .. and was most of the time just wipping my face with paper tissue (which ai never do- rarely using towels) the session was basicly about putting 2 masks (that we all have already in our homes, not gonna mention the names) and leaving me for more than an hour in the room. Really regret it, I did before in la rose spa(good) and groovy (amazing) _ not talking about the extras groovy would make like 5/6 maks.. eye masks .. amazing white head removal.. hot/cold towels. I think i will stick with groovy. Lesson learned: never let anyone mess...
