An Unforgettable Cafelluca Experience – White Glove Service from Start to Finish!
From the very beginning to the final moment, our Cafelluca trip was nothing short of magical. Every detail was handled with such professionalism and care that it turned a simple outing into an unforgettable experience.
The moment we stepped aboard, we were welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding service. The staff—Yousof, Mohamed, and Walid—were absolutely phenomenal. Their attentiveness never wavered; they made sure each and every guest, including our children, felt comfortable, happy, and truly pampered throughout the entire journey. They didn’t just provide service—they delivered a white glove experience, checking in on every individual to ensure everything was perfect.
The food service was exceptionally elegant. Every dish was served with such grace and precision, it felt like dining at a fine restaurant while sailing the Nile. The flavors, the presentation, and the seamless flow of service created a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere that impressed everyone—ourselves, our guests, and especially our kids, who couldn’t stop talking about how amazing everything was.
We’ve experienced many events in Egypt over the years, but we all agreed—this was by far the best event we’ve ever done. It was more than just a trip; it was a beautifully orchestrated experience that left a lasting impression on all of us.
A very special thank you to Mr. Mustafa at the restaurant, who was absolutely fantastic in organizing everything. His coordination and attention to detail were impeccable, and he made the planning process effortless.
To the entire Cafelluca team—thank you for an incredible memory. You’ve truly set the bar high. We will absolutely be...
Read moreThis restaurant is best-known for the View over the Nile.. which is not easy to achieve. you have to go and wait till some lucky table on the view finishes. Another drawback is parking .. it is not an easy task there. No rampa for wheelchair and strollers. Also there were no reception to guide u which was weird for me. Enough with the drawbacks .. let's get into what is good. If u r lucky enough and got a table over the view..it is worth it.. For the food , the hot appetizers were great in taste... except for the stuffed cabbage..rice was not that good and needs more time to get fully cooked. Main Dish was Kebab and Basmati rice..both were good and tasty...also there was Meshab Chicken and that was very delicious. Dessert we ordered their signature sweet dimplings (Zalabya) with mix of chocolates ...that was the best ending for happy meal I have. For the staff..i have mixed feelings..some were not as friendly as the others. Restrooms are not big enough and sinks needs maintenance. Prices are bit higher than average prices for this type of restaurant. but.. u have to pay for the view and deliciousness of the food. Highly recommended to be honest even if you don't get a spot direct...
Read moreI’m in Egypt for a month and a half with my parents and we came here after long days of traveling from the U.S. to Paris and to Egypt. We waited patiently to see if someone would seat us and we even asked if there were any seats available and we were sat for 15 minutes with no service. We were then informed that they were still serving a Ramadan Buffet but then were also informed that they wouldn’t be taking walk in customers until later or maybe not at all so we went exploring for a bit and came back. They seated us but the servers were very reluctant to even look our way, they seemed really busy which is understandable but they could have at least met us with a little bit of kindness. The managers were so kind but the servers were really dismissive. One even just rudely placed the food on the table and walked away. We had to ask for the table to be cleaned from the previous guests. It’s such a shame, we came all this way and we’re so excited to see this restaurant. We will come back for a second chance, maybe with a reservation. The first experience was really uncomfortable and I just wanted to leave. The food was...
