We made a reservation and stayed at the hotel on June 4, 2025, and paid an amount of 600 EGP for a double room for one night. However, we were shocked to find that the room was unfit for human accommodation, in addition to numerous severe shortcomings and gross negligence, as follows:||||The bed was dilapidated and made of iron, and the mattress was old and worn out, causing us back pain and difficulty sleeping.||||The air conditioning unit was completely out of service despite the high temperatures, with no alternative or immediate maintenance provided.||||There was a widespread presence of insects and reptiles (geckos) inside the room and throughout the hotel due to severe neglect of cleanliness.||||There was no hot water available in the rooms throughout the entire stay.||||The elevator broke down while in use, and one of us was trapped inside for half an hour without prompt intervention from the management, exposing us to both psychological and physical risk.||||The restaurant was extremely unclean, with noticeable amounts of dust. Upon entering the kitchen, we were shocked by the foul odors, dirty utensils, and an exposed open sewage drain.||||When we requested breakfast, an additional 100 EGP was charged by the receptionist, Ms. Hagar. Although the amount was paid immediately, we were shocked to find that the quality of the meal was unacceptable. It included:||||Stale bread that had been reheated||||A cold dish of foul beans containing insects||||A boiled egg that was raw on the inside and unfit for consumption||||Additionally, we would like to point out that the mentioned staff member treated us disrespectfully when we complained and refused to cooperate or apologize. She also lacked English language skills, which worsened the situation, especially for non-Arabic-speaking guests.||||What we experienced clearly demonstrates gross negligence, unacceptable service standards, disregard for the health and dignity of guests, and a complete absence of supervision and...

🩸 The bed had blood stains, and the whole atmosphere felt abandoned and eerie, as if the hotel had been closed for years.
📞 I called the reception at 1:00 AM... no answer. 🚪 The elevator was out of order, so I had to take the stairs — completely dark and terrifying, like a scene from a horror movie. When I finally reached the reception... no one was there! The place was completely empty!
