SkyScape Hot Air Balloon — Local services in Luxor City

I’m a female solo traveler, and I joined a two-day trip in Luxor with Skyscape.

First, I’d like to thank the Skyscape team. As a female solo traveler visiting Egypt for the first time, I truly appreciated the safe, prompt, and efficient communication provided before my trip.

Second, I want to give a big round of applause to my tour guide, Nour. She is incredibly detail-oriented, energetic, kind, and honest. (No awkward or forced jokes—just good vibes! 🤣) We spent two full days together, and she felt more like an old friend from back home than a guide. She clearly answered all my questions about history, and we had many fun and engaging conversations. I truly enjoyed having Nour as my guide—she made me feel safe and at ease throughout the trip. I was lucky to have a VIP tour with her as my companion.

Third, I joined the sunset felucca ride on the Nile River, which was such a wonderful experience. Thanks to the Skyscape team for arranging a fantastic crew, including a friendly captain, cheerful sailors, and Nour’s company. Plus, it was a private boat trip—I had the entire boat to myself! We danced, sang, and took amazing photos. I absolutely loved it and will definitely bring friends to join this tour again.

The only downside of the trip was the souvenir factory tour. The product prices were extremely high, and they refused to share the prices in advance. I felt pressured by the salespeople and ended up buying some items that I now regret purchasing 😭. If you book this tour, I recommend either skipping the factory stop or notifying Skyscape in advance that you don’t wish to include it.

Overall, I am still very happy with my two-day tour with Skyscape and Nour. If you’re looking for a VIP experience, don’t hesitate to contact them—and definitely ask for Nour...

The view from the hot air balloon was absolutely breathtaking! Gliding over Luxor’s iconic landscapes, every moment felt like a postcard come to life—truly unforgettable.

While we ran into a small issue during the experience, the manager went above and beyond to help. He was incredibly friendly, took the time to resolve the problem promptly, and even visited us in person later to clear up a minor misunderstanding. His dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out.

If you’re in Luxor, this hot air balloon ride is a must-do! It’s not just an activity, but a once-in-a-lifetime memory. We can’t recommend this company enough—5 stars...
