Terrible service, dirty windows in the room. Dirt and dust under the bed and on the closet. It was like they didn't clean up before moving in. When visiting the pool and spa complex, they could not provide bathrobes, but only towels. When checking in, there were no disposable gels and shampoo in the room, and there was no liquid soap. No concern for your guests. The girls at the reception are great, they are satisfied with their work. The room was not cleaned, as if the maids simply did not reach us. Without bathrobes, apparently we were the only ones in the whole hotel, we also didn’t like that there was no water...

Hi, just sharing my opinion, according to price the room quality is poor, specially the AC does not work at all, broken private lock, bed is really hard one not comfortable one, blanket is nice, Shower is nice, we stayed there two nights and the price is really high even breakfast not included,

For SPA, GYM is good place for staying its not recommended, for future we will prefer other place for a short stay. I can understand they are bring down the quality and raising the price at...
