Food was good, and it’s good to have all-glutenfree restaurant. Cocktails were good too.
The service and waiting times on the other hand wasn’t so good. We ordered 2x nachos for the starters, and everyone else around us got their starters and they all came to the restaurant after us. I think the waiter wasn’t listening us at any time, they did bring one sparkling water only, but we ordered two of them and one tap water. Then I said that to them, and then they brought us two tap waters. I was like, where is the sparkling water again?
We were group of four, and we ordered three burgers with fries, and then one bruschetta with fries. With over an hour waiting, our one friend got the bruschetta. None of else got any food for like next ten minutes, and she didn’t have her fries either. To let you know, again everyone around us has gotten and ate their food already. Some couple from the table next to us noticed this too, and they told to us to tell the kitchen. We asked the kitchen like where was our food, and then the rest of the food came. But our two hamburgers came without the top bun, so they brought them back to kitchen. We were there over two hours, because the service was so slow. I don’t think it’s very good service when one of us four only gets food, I think everyone at the table should get their main course at the same time.
They weren’t even sorry and didn’t apologize any of this. Not going again, the food wasn’t worth of...
Read moreFOOD: Crusted chicken was quite dry in itself. The salad lacked a proper dressing, and especially some acid in it. The only things helping it were the pomegranate seeds and a bit of nuts, which saved the salad from being terable to something with the potential to be good (but still not there). I'm still not sure what they put on the beetroot (another side dish), but they made it bland, dry, and tastless by doing so, which is a shame since beetroot could've been the flavor bomb needed for the bland meal I got. Mushroom sauce was done well, no complaints there.
Burger was also dry, and it seems that the kitchen tries to compensate for it with big amounts of cabbage (inside the burger itself), which is quite odd. Overall, the burger lacked a unanimous taste and felt like combined leftovers between two overcooked buns. Also, the fries were cold and bland, served with what tasted like your average ketchup, which given the location and aestetic display of food, could be replaced by some homemade sauce, which is not a hard thing to improve
Overall - beautiful presentation for average food
SERVICE: Was quite slow and not very attentive during our visit, but I can'tsay if it's a regular thing. Food took quite a long time to arrive (~45 minutes), but it wouldn't have been a problem if staff had told us beforehand. Also, the staff never asked us about our food, which is a shame.
ATMOSPHERE: Cool location and nice modern interior. Music was...
