I’m writing this review with a heavy heart. I wanted to like the restaurant, and their food was actually relatively good (although partially cold), and the interior is nice, hence the two stars. I would have gladly shared the feedback directly with them if they had asked for once, “is everything ok”. I am not usually expecting much for the service, it’s fine for me as long as the waiter carries the food on the table.

This time however, It took 45 minutes to get our first drinks. The waiter had forgot our drinks, came to ask for the food selection and noticed that, yet it took for them 15 more minutes to bring the drinks. I could not have an Aperol Spritz since the waiter told me they don’t have ice, yet I see them carrying the same drink with plenty of ice to another table 10 mins later, 25 mins before I get my replacing drink We got the appetizers 70 mins after arriving the restaurants, just when we considered leaving. Pieces of our supposed-to-be-warm food were almost fridge-cold.

Also please note They had a 4 EUR “garniir” (garnish) item in the bill. I don’t know if that was mentioned in the menu or not, I don’t expect a dining to be an accounting experience. The mains are without any significant sides (if you don’t count a few mini-tomatoes), so adding those to the order increases the price.

We saw another couple in the neighbour table had a similar experience, they had arrived before us. The waiters were apologizing them several times, obviously our situation had not crossed that threshold yet.

Do yourself a favor and select...

Our visit to this restaurant was quite disappointing, both in terms of service and food quality.

Service: The problems started right away when we ordered drinks. We asked for two beers and a black tea, but the waitress brought two light beers and a dark one. She completely mixed up the beer and tea order, even though she had confirmed the flavors. When she finally brought the tea, it was green instead of black.

Food: Things got worse with the soups. The onion soup was a complete disaster—it had anise in it, which completely ruined the taste. Honestly, even a five-year-old could have made a better soup. It was the worst onion soup I have ever had.

The main courses (a schnitzel, salad, and a burger) were decent, but there were more issues. One of the burgers wasn’t even written down in the order. When we reminded the waitress, she seemed annoyed. When the burger finally arrived, it had a sauce on the side that wasn’t included in the previous identical burger.

Conclusion: The service was very poor—the waitress didn’t seem to understand English and kept making mistakes. The food quality was inconsistent—while the main dishes were acceptable, the soup was awful. I definitely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this...

Very very disappointed after visiting this restaurant on Wednesday evening. Ordered beer while waiting to view the menu. Had to call the barman/waiter to complain that there was black dirt floating on top of one of the beers - not a very good introduction to say the least ! Ordered starters and main meals, the starters were fine, but we were shocked to have to call the waiter/barman again! This time one of the hot pot meals wasn’t cooked properly, and the bottom half containing the meat was freezing cold. Then there was the wait for the one meal to be returned, whilst everyone else had to eat before their meal went cold. It appeared that the meals might be microwaved, hence the cold bottom half of the meal. It would be disappointing to find that meals are microwaved in this restaurant. There was no attempt to offer any reduction in the final bill, which we found...

Really wanted to like this place but it fell short during our lunch meal. Location was great and staff was friendly. My husband got the duck and it he enjoyed his meal, although he did say the flavor was a little lacking. I got the fillet of beed and french fries, and the first time the fillet came out it was beautifully seared on the outside but raw on the inside so had to send it back to cook more. Second time around it was a little more done but still more on the rare side of medium-rare. Ended up eating less than half because the center was still so raw and the meat that was more medium-rare was very tough and chewy. Half the fries were cold and the other room temperature, but it didn't help that the lingonberry sauce the placed everything on was ice cold.

Tasty food but a couple of improvements needed. Had the Estonian cheese in breadcrumbs to start. My companions had the prawns in chilli/garlic sauce. Both dishes were very tasty. For the main course I went for the stuffed pork. It was very tasty but the price was just for that dish with no accompaniments. I ordered a side of baked potatoes with garlic for €4. 4 slices/wedges of potatoes came out which was very poor value for money. A jug of water for the table was €4 also! Staff were mostly nice when they were engaging with us, but could have been a bit more attentive... no cutlery when food served, no bread to the table etc Really tasty food in a nice setting, but need to work on their "sides" & attentiveness
