When I arrived the carpet was wet. Only later I realize that The shower doesn’t drain and spilled all over the floor of the bathroom!
I did not want to stay here but the customer support didn’t exist! There is only one woman working at the front desk with no manager in sight. I asked for refund due to smell and condition of the hotel. After waiting with no answer the woman at the front desk said the manager only approved me for a refund of one night. I had to stay the first night or I would lose the amount I paid!!
The hotel pictures and name are different than when you book! The pictures show hardwood floors but all of the rooms have a dirty old smelly carpet.
Used toilet paper wasn’t even replace but put a stickers on the old rool. One tea bag and one coffee pod for the room 😂.

We were not the only ones as there were others who didn’t get their rooms on time. Worst part of the reception was shady and didn't communicate how much time it would take to get everything ready. We did get our room by 5 pm. They should have just been honest and upfront with us. |The elevator is so tiny that it fits one person at a time. We booked the most expensive room but we got a room with 2 single beds. The actual room was not the same as the photos online. |The room heat seems to be centralized and set to 27 C/80 F. We had to open the windows. Our room was by the street and it was extremely loud the whole night. The toiletries and water pressure in the bathroom was good other than that nothing else was either working or was enjoyable. |I felt this place is a European hostel trying to pass as a 4* hotel. 5.06. 2025 at 23:00 I went to receptionist and told about the stolen thing and he said that the manager will be in the morning and will check it. When I went to reception at 9:30 am 6.05.2025 the receptionist told me to check the room again and that their staff don't steal things. They didn’t tried to help until I proposed them to take a look at my room by themselves. They refused to take or sign my theft report. The manager didn’t told her name and surname.
I didn’t received a help to find my thing, the stuff didn’t offer me to compensate the cost of theft thing or apologies. They just yelled at me, talking that their staff didn’t stole things.
