Edit: We stayed in another hotel in Paris that had AC control in the room. (We are quite familiar with Europe, being European...) The business's reply is very condescending. Would not recommend. They would not turn on the AC, which means a lack of privacy and uncomfortable sleep. We have to open the windows due to the humidity, but they gave us a room on the ground floor, so all of sound from the restaurant goes in our room and all of our sound can be heard out. This is very awkward. They said they would not turn on the AC because it is central. There should be private temperature controls in the room. The other thing is that they did not offer hair conditioner, neither in the room nor at the front desk. This is a shame because the check-in service was friendly and the amenities are good. These problems, however, made it uncomfortable.

Finding the right place to stay in Paris can be difficult and this place offers good accomodation. Located at Place d‘Italie the 13th arrondissement Butte aux cailles is just next door. The staff is ready to do anything you require as a guest. It‘s clean and the rooms with the Eiffel are super sweet.. but don’t expect a big tower in front of you - it‘s tiny. Highlight is deffo the best breakfast menu day by day - we loved it. Bonne journée!

Favorite hotel in Paris.

Breakfast: honestly the #1 reason I keep coming back when in Paris. Their selection is out-of-this-world!! Excellent products, sourced from local artisans. Amazing variety (from cheese to croissants, 8 types of jam). Try their crispy bacon and dreamlike scrambled eggs. It'll set the bar for all your future breakfasts. They also make some of the best authentic cappuccino in Paris, not the bitter latter with light foam you find in cafés. I love eating my breakfast in their little outdoor garden when sunny, sheltered under some foliage.

Service: the employees are seriously a delight. I first came to Rosalie after being left stranded by another hotel at 1am, and the receptionist was the kindest soul, immediately making me feel safe and welcome. The German head receptionist is a crème, speaks perfect French/English/German, and will make sure you have everything you need. Ana and Elsa at breakfast bring the upscale touch to an already incredible experience, with the most radiant positive energy.

Great location: Perfectly located 3min away from Place d'Italie (many métro lines and buses), tucked away in the quietest side street. I always found an e-bike nearby when I wanted to ride around.

Rooms: Cute, with some edgy and retro decor. Love the urbex hints throughout the hotel. French press coffee and rooibos tea in the room. Very quiet rooms, perfectly functioning AC, great wifi.

Facilities: nice perched garden on the 3rd floor, to linger in the afternoon amongst herbs planters and an old car invaded by plants. Super cool. Alas no gym at this time yet, but I heard it's...

Stayed here for 5 night/6 days. Check in process was excellent. We came early and got early check in. Throughout our stay, the front staff were friendly and polite. Another positive of this hotel is the location. It is conveniently located beside the metro.

Where this hotel falls short is in three areas. First, the rooms are not sound proof. You can hear everything from your neighbors. Water leaks all over floor in the bathroom because of insufficient coverage around bath tub. Furthermore, the bathroom mirror fogs up and gets very humid when taking shower. The shower head leaks from where it's connected to the water pipe.

Second, is logistics. It took 2 days to get the soap refilled. I don't understand why it was so difficult to find soap and get it refilled. All i got was from the front staff is that it was put in the system as a request to complete. They need to improve their logisitcs. Attention to detail when cleaning the room is lacking. For example, if a towel was placed on the hook, and we asked for the towel to be changed, the housekeeping crew would change all the towels except the one placed on the towel hook. I'm not sure why sometimes it got changed and sometimes it did not.

Third issue is we found numerous stains during our 5 night stay on many bedsheets and towels. Not sure why this is the case.

I did not enjoy my stay at hotel rosalie and wouldn't recommend...

We recently stayed at hotel Rosalie in Paris, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area of the city, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. We were absolutely overwhelmed by the stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from our room—it was breathtaking!

The hotel’s proximity to the metro station made exploring Paris incredibly convenient. We appreciated how easily we could travel to all the key attractions.

One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. Every aspect of the hotel was thoughtfully designed with the environment in mind. This is something we value greatly, and it made our stay even more enjoyable.

The quality of the breakfast was exceptional—probably the best we've had in any hotel. The service was also outstanding, with the staff being consistently friendly and attentive. The 24/7 reception was always welcoming and helpful, answering all our questions with a smile.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the garden area due to the weather, but it looked like a perfect spot for a peaceful breakfast in the city. We would have loved to spend time there.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and sustainable...
