Definitely not a 4+ star. More an average hostel. Things that a hotel has that this place doesnt: Room serviced daily. Towels and toiletries replenished daily. We had to take used towels to reception and demand replacements as did all in our tour group. Toilet paper replaced daily. Again had to harangue reception for a roll. No tea or coffee making facility in room or elsewhere. No TV in room. TV in lounge had no English news channel and staff sitting watching it most times of the day. No WIFI for 3 days of our stay. Came on late the night before we were leaving. Reception response was pure apathy. Floors not mopped If you came out of bathroom with damp feet your soles would be black with dirt in seconds. Breakfast whilst plentiful was poor quality and very local. Everything was cold even French fries. What I thought was a tureen of Porridge turned out to be the previous nights soup that had not been refridgerated but just left there Same...

Lacking any cereal type food for breakfast. What I thought was a tureen of Porridge turned out to be previous nights left over soup reheated.||Floors had not been mopped. If you had damp feet coming out the shower you soon had black soles from the dirt on the floor.||No WIFI fir 3 days only working late on the last night of our stay. Enquiries to reception were met with indifference.||It is located a 15 minute walk out of town.||Frankly it is like a very average hostel and not a 3 or 4 star hotel.||Better options in town. While there a couple of lovely ladies here the place just misses the mark. There is no wifi to speak of. We stayed here for 3 nights and only got wifi on the last night while there was access down in town all the time. The rooms were not serviced and there was not TV or fridge in the room. I had to ask for toilet paper and that was given begrudgingly. The beds are firm as are the pillows and its a short walk into town. I think there are better options in the center for...
