We stayed here three nights as part of a tour group.||||Our room was clean and modern but very basic. No fridge, no tv, no jug/kettle and the wifi was practically non existent. We had had it for about an hour one night. ||||You can’t lock the balcony door, which is on ground level and also easily accessible from the adjoining balconies.||||The towels were very small and thin. The bathroom basin is free standing and there is no shelf to put any of your toiletries.||||There were 2 tour groups in the hotel, about 37 people and there was not enough seating in the dining room for everyone at the same time. The wifi was of moderate strength but free. ||||All in all, a great place to...

The staff is wonderful. ||Two details are so important to change however. They provide no glasses in the room so just simply drinking tap water forces you to lap it up at the faucet like a dog. ||Kettle, coffee or tea: there is no kettle in any rooms and none in the lobby. There’s no access to even getting hot water until they open the dining room which was as late as 8am one morning. Once you do get access they offer only instant coffee. This is sad and should change. It would be SO EASY to add this standard basic...
