I recently dined at Pasta Osteria, and I must say, the service was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome that set the tone for the entire evening.

Our server was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. The food is delicious. We booked a table, but arrived late. At the entrance, a waiter came up to us and said that there were places, after which he left. The second waiter also came up, asked about the reservation and left. And only the third waiter put us at a table. The waiter mixed up the order, pizza was brought instead of pasta. We informed you that we have another order. After checking with another waiter, it turned out that our entire order was recorded incorrectly. A very long wait for the dishes. Pasta was brought in 20 minutes, lasagna in 50, and we waited for bruschetta for 1 hour and 20 minutes. It's strange to bring dishes in such a sequence and with such a long break. We didn't wait for dessert, 2 hours was too long we couldn't wait any longer, we left without dessert. Bottom line: the good taste of the dishes did not help the terrible service, they left...

The service was exceptional, and a big part of that is thanks to Giorgi, our waiter, who was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. His recommendations were spot-on, and he checked in at just the right times without ever being intrusive.

Now let’s talk about the food — Chef Irakli is a true artist in the kitchen! Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. You can tell there’s a lot of passion and care behind each plate. The pasta was easily some of the best I’ve ever had.
