The staff were extremely helpful and professional. Every time I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by name. It was extremely clean with modern furnishings and included a balcony. For the quality, the price was very reasonable and affordable. It is a quick walk from the metro station and one stop from the city center. The area is an older part of Tbilisi but everywhere I see a lot of construction, with modern and well designed buildings being put up that match the atmosphere of the area. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to experience the breakfast they offer but I’ve heard it is very good. It’s also not a very big hotel, so it’s not crazy busy, so you can get help when you need it. Also, because of it you feel comfortable like you are just living in a fancy apartment in a normal part of the city. As a solo traveler, I highly recommend this hotel. You get the feeling of being in a Hilton without the price tag...

My advise to Marionnhotel is to change the way they deal with their customer & try to greet, talk to them every time they step to the hotel. Work on rearranging the decor of the room and using light colors cheerful as the room is small and narrow. I didn't like stand in my balcony as the staff was smoking down my room!!! At breakfast it was noticeable that the music was noisy and the staff were always sullen and when asked for something they seemed angry. It dosent mean they are awful!! But they need to take care their business more. There are two bakeries and a small supermarket and several grocers and a stationary and a pharmacy just a few steps from the hotel. I liked the morning strolling around the hotel and taking pictures of old...

I changed hotels and never regretted it for a second.||The room was spotless, with new furniture, clean walls, a firm mattress (which I love), and fresh linens. Everything felt new and well-kept, without any signs of wear.||But the best part was the people: they were genuinely welcoming, always ready to help, full of smiles, small talk, and compliments.||Coming from Finland, I especially value cleanliness and peace and quiet and that’s exactly what you get in this hotel.||I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Marion and would...
