😊: The location is great, just a few minutes from the Old Town. The reception is on the second floor, and the rooms are on the fourth floor. The bed was comfortable. The staff was good (the woman working there did her best to assist us despite the issues we encountered upon arrival).. 😢: The biggest problem with this hotel is communication. The day before my arrival, I asked if it would be possible to pay by card since I was arriving in Tbilisi after midnight (which I had informed them about immediately upon booking). However, they replied to my message only after I had already checked into the room. It seemed to me like they didn’t know who was arriving, and that even if you have a reservation, you could end up without a room if there are no vacancies. That was the impression I got because the woman working there seemed surprised by our arrival, and when she called the manager, it looked like there was some issue regarding our reservation. I should mention that when I arrived, there was no electricity in the hotel, but it came back after about an hour. The staff doesn’t speak a single word of English. Fortunately, I understand a bit of Russian, so we managed to communicate somehow. Russian and Georgian are the only languages you can use to talk to the staff. Also, we were given the wrong room. Instead of the one with a church view, we got a room right next to the main street. The room wasn’t very clean. The bedsheets were not clean, which is most important to me. The wallpaper was torn in some places, though that didn’t bother me as much. It was obvious that the room hadn’t been renovated in a long time. Additionally, on the second night and the morning before check-out, I didn't have hot water (I stayed two nights at the hotel). If they want to attract more guests, they’ll need to seriously work on addressing...
