Tbilisi Inn — Hotel in Tbilisi

DONT DO IT! ITS A WASTE OF MONEY! DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL !!

We booked this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. Looking at the website it looks attractive but we got catfished!

Staffs are nice but the manager named Dianne is a bit rude! No professionalism! This hotel is not even 4-star to start with. The hotel also doesnt deserve a 1 star in this review.

First night was already horrible! The hotel is closed to a restaurant on a rooftop, we were staying on the 3rd floor and from 9pm we couldnt sleep because of the loud music from the restaurant that we could even feel the bass from the walls of our room. We called the reception to let them know and they were aware that it stops at 1am?? We waited until that time to get a decent sleep.

The next day we asked to be transferred into another room but they were fully booked and got transferred on the same side of the building. Poor service!! Not even considering the customer’s satisfaction

On the third day we woke up early and wanted to use the shower but there’s no hot water! We called the reception and got informed that because of the rainy weather they had to change something and that it will be fixed soon. We waited for 2 hours and 30 mins until it was fixed, but we wanted to just leave the hotel and get a refund for the 1 day we werent able to use. GUESS WHAT? There’s no manager at 8am and the staff from the reception couldnt make a decision. I tried calling the manager (dianne) but keeps on declining my call while replying to my messages!! Very unprofessional! She could’ve negotiated with us. In conclusion, we didnt get a refund plus we had the worst hotel experience!

The facilities are old— needs some renovation, staffs need professional attitude, poor service, the room rates should be lowered and should change their hotel category...

We travel on a budget often, but this was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Advertised as a 4-star hotel but It doesn’t even deserve 1. As per their policy, they only change the bed sheets every three days! The bed covers didn’t even fit and were torn, leaving parts of the mattress exposed. When they cleaned the room, the cups they replaced were covered in coffee stains. I tried drying them with a tissue, and the tissue turned black. You have to ask for water every day. They don’t provide any tissues as per their policy too. Check-in is supposed to be at 2:00 PM but when we arrived at 4:30 PM, we still had to wait another 30 minutes for our rooms. They clean the rooms at 6 PM. You spend the whole day out, and if you happen to come back earlier than 6 PM, you’ll find your room still hasn’t been cleaned and no towels to shower. The furniture is old and stained, and the walls look like they haven’t been touched in decades. The last night was terrible! None of the rooms on the ground floor could sleep because of the noise coming from the reception. One staff member was coughing loudly and nonstop, and it got to the point where we were checking with each other in different rooms, and no one could sleep. It felt as though he was coughing right inside our rooms. After 3 hours, at around 1 AM, we were exhausted and decided to tell them. They responded by “ok” but the man continued coughing without any consideration or care. At this point, it’s not just a bad experience, it felt like a scam. Save your money and book elsewhere. No stay could be worse...

The hotel location is great, very close to the metro and in the middle of the old city. In between of the both side of the river. It is very easy for you to walk and travel around and have some rest at the hotel in the middle of the day before continue your old city tour.||||The staff was very nice. I really like the beautiful lady and sorry that I cannot remember the name. The hotel should provide the staff name tag. We do not know their names.||||The room was average inter, of size and furniture. Bed is very small and pillow is not good quality. We stay 2 nights and the heater was broken in the middle of both nights. The staff offered us more blanket ^^. But it sill cold anyway. ||the roof top bar next door open up to mid night or 1 am. So if you sensitive with the sound, request the room on the other side. The room floor is not heated.||||For breakfast is on the rooftop, you can see the view of the Trinity church and old city. The breakfast quality and selection is average.||||There is the restaurant around the area name Old Metheki, I really recommend. Found it by incident. Good food and amazing river view.
